What do you love most about your job? What I love most about my job is the opportunity to work with numbers and help people. I’ve always had a passion for numbers, and there's something incredibly satisfying about making sense of complex financial situations. But beyond the numbers, I truly enjoy helping people navigate the often confusing world of taxes. I also believe strongly in fairness. It bothers me when people miss out on deductions or end up paying more than they should due to errors or lack of knowledge. Everyone deserves to pay their fair share, and I work hard to ensure that no one is overpaying or losing out on benefits they’re entitled to. Additionally, I’m committed to offering these services at a reasonable rate. Quality tax and accounting services shouldn’t come with a hefty price tag, and I strive to provide excellent value for my clients, helping them achieve financial peace of mind without breaking the bank.

What inspired you to start your own business? This is a damn good question. And if you’ve read anything on this site, you already know — my approach to tax filing, bookkeeping, and accounting isn’t like what you’ll find at the big firms. I built Quantum Titan Tax Solutions (QTTS) to offer real service, fair pricing, and actual expertise — without the BS. Too many companies charge whatever they want because they know you’re either too busy, too overwhelmed, or too afraid of screwing things up. Sound familiar? Same way you feel when you go to a mechanic and hope you don’t get upsold. That’s this industry, too — and if that fires you up, check out my blog where I break it down. What also pisses me off is the complete lack of customer service. Most firms take your file, punch it through, hand you a bill, and send you on your way — no explanation, no advice, nothing. And that’s if you're lucky enough not to get someone who was trained last week on the software and has zero tax knowledge. Sound harsh? It’s the truth. Transparency is another big one. Hourly rates, surprise surcharges, vague engagement letters — it’s all designed to confuse you. By the time the work’s done, you’re stuck. If they’d been upfront, you’d have gone elsewhere. And don’t expect any guidance either — just a total, “Here’s your bill. Bye.” I work from home. I keep my overhead low. And I pass those savings to you. I don’t need fancy artwork, suits, or a receptionist to prove I know what I’m doing. What matters is service — real service. That means explaining things. Offering advice. Listening to your story. Helping you maximize your money. That’s what I do. I'm allergic to hourly rates. They’re a lazy excuse to overcharge. Flat, transparent pricing is how I roll — unless hourly is absolutely necessary. If you can’t see the work, how do you know what you’re paying for? These are the reasons QTTS exists. And you know what? The 5-star reviews speak for themselves. I’m helping people — and doing it right. I’m also building this for my wife. Because I love her, sure — but also because I want us to work together, to help people together, and to live on our own terms. The joy we get from doing this right, for the right reasons? It’s real. Within one month of launching QTTS, I knew: This wasn’t just a good idea — it was the right one.
